Precision Parts Inc (PPI) is an ISO 9001:2008 company that caters to a large variety of industries that includes aerospace and textiles machinery. PPI has an excellent set of CNC machines, EDM machine as well as facilities such as metallurgical analysis and those required for gearbox repair or the alignment of extrusion barrels. It also has fully trained engineers and machinists that can take on the tasks of the design and production of precision parts for the extrusion machine. PPI offers metallurgical testing facilities for customers. These facilities include that of heavy metal testing. This testing facility is economical and can be done either at PPI or the customer’s location depending on convenience. The XRF device that is used is portable and can be transported speedily just about anywhere. This device has the capability of identifying more than 350 standard alloys and its files are admissible in a court of law.
