Precision Products Inc (PPI) is at the forefront in the manufacture of precision products for a variety of industries. These industries range from medical to food & beverage and from power generation to textiles, aerospace and defense to the automotive sectors. PPI is an ISO 9001:2008 company. In the field of extrusion parts, PPI manufactures precision products such as aspirators and idler rolls, ceramic guides and interlacing jets as well as texturing jets and thread up tools. It therefore caters for parts for Barmag and Fare as well as Mackie parts and Plantex parts, Filteco parts and Neumag parts.
PPI’s range of idler rolls includes those with specifications such as 03-122 9.5” and 03-143 12.5”, 07-185 12.5”mount, and the grooved idler roll with the specification 06-261 in the 12.5” diameter size. Besides these PPI also manufactures Universal Idler Mount and Roll, Separator Roll, Idler Shell and Dancer Arm Separator Arm among other products.
The Mackie parts manufactured by PPI include 04-071Thrust Coupling and 07-085Godet Nut Wrench. Besides parts for extrusion machines, PPI manufactures quality Air Entanglement Machine parts for companies such as Gilbos and Belmont. In the range of Heat Set and Twisting machines similarly PPI is well known for GVA parts, Superba parts and parts for Sussen and Volkman.
