Get Your Much Needed Texturizing and Tack Jets Online

Textile manufacturing companies require the perfect machinery to achieve the right balance in cloth, the right weaving, etc. and in order to achieve this they must have the right kind of equipment and technologies to support the equipment such as texturing jets. They are essential machine parts for any to any textile manufacturing unit. The companies which produce these jets do thorough checking and rechecking for these machine parts to arrive at perfection. Parts such as tack jets are made from high speed steel alloys. This makes the parts more durable as compared to the ones made from ceramic, thus making them more prepared for rough handling and regular usage.

Texturing jets are made from a tough alloy. This makes them safe for longer usages. These jets enable single step extruders to manufacture products such as carpet face yarns, automotive fabrics, etc. Since tack jets are also invincible parts of extrusion machines, when looking for a replacement or a repairing, start searching a little before you need it. You might as well order online but ensure that it is from manufacturers who deliver on time. Most of these sites sell ISO certified products meaning that the products have gone through a proper QC procedure before being set out for sale. Go through the review of the products by the company before placing an order. Find the serial number of your texturing jet, engraved on it and order the exact same which suits you for a better service. Alternatively, you can also choose from the company’s inventory.

Metallurgical Testing - An Overview

Metallurgical analysis refers to the procedures and testing methods which are used to evaluate materials in terms of their adherence to certain specifications, suitability for intended usage and reaction with environment or other materials. The specially trained engineers and technicians combine their chemical and metallurgical expertise with broad industrial experience to analyze metals and rapidly deliver accurate reports as well as solutions to customers from every kind of industry and agency.

The experts perform micro and macro analysis to detect, identify and resolve various specification issues. The metallurgical analysis services are as follows:
  • Corrosion Testing: Passivity checking, CASS, immersion testing, humidity, corrosion exposure, copper sulfate dip test and other customized tests as per your needs.
  • Metallographic preparation and examination: Conventional mounting, vacuum impregnation mounting, replication technology, photomacrographs and photomicrographs, ratings, cross section examination of non-metallic materials, etc.
  • Microstructure Evaluations: Heat treatment condition, grain size determination, heat treatment condition, porosity measurement and microstructural components.
  • Micro hardness test: Knoop and Vickers
  • Plating Evaluation: plating thickness, adhesion, taber abrasion, pencil hardness
  • Onsite Services: Certain onsite tests like sample grinding, polishing, etching and replication can be conducted by the experts in the laboratory.
  • Photographic Documentation: Both digital and Polaroid formats are offered.
The metallurgical analysis laboratory is a resource without which no engineering unit can function.

Advantages of Metrology:

One of the main advantages of metrology is that it can identify and quantify almost all elements. Therefore, it’s easy to find out the quality of the extrusion parts. All extrusion parts must meet the stringent quality specifications in terms of both the material as well as the dimensions of the finished products. Metallurgical testing permits the engineers to produce extrusion parts without compromising the quality or destroying the original components. Metrology can provide peace of mind to organizations across a wide range of industries since they can easily determine the composition, suitability and specifications of the extrusion parts for their intended usage.

Address all your precision drilling needs

The Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) is a concept wherein an electrode zaps a work piece eroding it gradually using the electrolyte to flush away the debris progressively. This is a highly accurate way of machining that is affordable, as well. The EDM hole popper is a variant of  EDM technique in which rows of holes are drilled very accurately into the leading and trailing edges of turbine blades in a jet engine.

The small hole EDM drill is also used to create microscopic orifices for fuel system components and spinnerets for synthetic fibers such as rayon besides other applications. The professional precision engineering companies in the US have three Charmilles wire EDM machines besides one EDM current drilling machine.

The EDM hole popper is one in which a brass or copper electrode is used that is between 0.004” and 0.250 inch in diameter. It is this electrode that blasts holes through the work piece. The EDM drill cuts by the rapid pulsing of sparks that emanate from the electrode and strike the work piece. Each time the spark strikes, it erodes the work piece and the electrolyte flushes the waste material away. After a number of cycles, a hole is created without the electrode ever having to come into contact with the work piece. There are some poppers that can punch holes in a large variety of sizes. EDM drills are available in different strengths. Precision engineering companies have a large range of drills for best results. These drills are available in several brands to select from.
