Precision parts are required for virtually any industry and this applies to not only the aerospace and defense but also textiles, medical and food & beverage sectors. There are prominent engineering companies in the US such as Precision Products Inc., (PPI) that produce precision parts for the textiles industry. PPI is certified for ISO 9001 2008. It has excellent resources in terms of machinery and qualified and trained manpower.
PPI has been manufacturing extrusion parts of excellent quality since 1993. These parts include aspirators and ceramic guides besides idler rolls and interlacing and texturing jets as well as thread up tools. Generically these are parts for Neumag Guides, parts for Neumag pulley/idler roll, parts for Neumag pump and extruder besides texturizer jets and parts for Neumag winders. PPI is in a position to supply the different parts for Neumag winders such as the dancer piston, spindle bearing housing, distance bushing spacer, spindle rear drive and 00-096 brass bush among many others.
